Marketing Consent

This text is prepared to obtain your explicit consent, under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, for sending you commercial electronic messages for campaign, announcement, promotion, information and marketing purposes, and for processing your personal data in that context.

This consent is not mandatory for sending an information, offer, communication or application request through the Website. Not giving commercial electronic message permission does not prevent you from using the forms on the Website or submitting a request.

1. Scope of Explicit Consent and Processing Purposes

If you tick the relevant checkbox or give explicit consent, your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, communication preferences and commercial electronic message consent records may be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

• Sending campaigns, announcements, newsletters, promotions and information about programs and services,
• Offering personalized proposals, advantages and information,
• Sharing event, fair, launch, new program or new service announcements,
• Carrying out satisfaction, feedback and customer experience processes,
• Planning and carrying out marketing, advertising, promotion and commercial communication activities,
• Storing and managing commercial electronic message consent and opt-out records.

2. Commercial Electronic Message Channels

If you give explicit consent, commercial electronic messages may be sent to you via e-mail, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, mobile notification or similar electronic channels, including campaign, announcement, promotion, information, advantageous offer, event, program or service content.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with service providers and business partners that provide commercial electronic message delivery, e-mail/SMS infrastructure, CRM, marketing, technical support, security and reporting services, and with competent public authorities. If some infrastructure is located abroad, data may be transferred abroad in accordance with applicable legislation and with appropriate security measures.

4. Withdrawal of Consent and Right to Opt Out

You may withdraw your explicit consent and commercial electronic message permission at any time without giving a reason, by using the unsubscribe link in messages or by writing to the contact e-mail above. After withdrawal, marketing and commercial electronic messages will stop. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal date.

5. Retention Period

Consent and permission records may be stored while the permission is valid and for the periods required by law. After withdrawal, opt-out records may still be stored for the periods required to manage the refusal and to fulfil legal obligations.
